Your visit to Nannup takes an unexpected turn when rumours surface of a living Thylacine—long believed extinct—prowling its forests. Some scoff that it’s a scheme to attract more tourists, but others share whispered accounts of an elusive striped creature. Intrigued, you find yourself chasing cryptic leads with two unlikely guides: Danika Bright, a persistent news reporter, and Koorum, a wise Indigenous elder. Together they nudge you from landmark to landmark, determined to uncover the truth behind Nannup’s latest sighting. Are these sightings a calculated tourism ploy, or could the Tasmanian Tiger truly roam among the shadows?
This quest will take you to 10 locations on an approximate 4km walk. Starting in the centre of town and ending up at a café close to your starting point.
